Natyabazaar ("Platform", "we", "our", or "us") is operated by Natyabazaar, a business registered in India. Our registered email address is hello@natyabazaar.com.

Natyabazaar is a multivendor e-commerce marketplace dedicated to India's classical dance community — offering costumes, jewellery, accessories, instruments, and related products sourced from independent artisan vendors. The Platform also offers live-streaming commerce (Live Bazaar) where vendors can sell directly to audiences in real time.

By accessing or using the Natyabazaar website, mobile application, or any related service (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered customers, and vendors. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Natyabazaar under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made thereunder, as amended from time to time.

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a legally binding contract under Indian law to use the Services. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at hello@natyabazaar.com of any unauthorised use of your account. Natyabazaar will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access due to your failure to safeguard your credentials.

• All prices listed on the Platform are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payment is processed securely through our payment gateway partner (Razorpay). Natyabazaar does not store your card or banking details.
• An order is confirmed only once payment is successfully authorised. You will receive an order confirmation email upon successful payment.
• Natyabazaar reserves the right to cancel any order where pricing errors, fraudulent activity, or product unavailability is detected. A full refund will be issued in such cases.
• By placing an order you agree to the vendor's individual shipping timelines, which may vary based on the product type (ready-to-ship vs. made-to-order).

Natyabazaar acts as a marketplace platform. Individual products are sold by independent vendors ("Vendors") who are solely responsible for the accuracy of their product descriptions, pricing, and fulfilment of orders.

Natyabazaar charges a commission on completed sales. Vendors are separately bound by the Vendor Agreement executed at the time of onboarding, which governs their obligations regarding product quality, listing accuracy, and order fulfilment.

While Natyabazaar endeavours to ensure Vendors maintain quality standards, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of every product listing. In case of any dispute with a Vendor, please contact us and we will facilitate resolution in good faith.

The Live Bazaar feature allows Vendors to conduct live-streaming commerce sessions. By participating as a viewer or buyer in a Live Bazaar session:

• You acknowledge that product availability during a live session may be limited.
• Purchases made during a live stream are subject to the same refund and cancellation policy as regular orders.
• You must not engage in any disruptive, offensive, or unlawful conduct in live sessions. Violators may be banned from the Platform.
• Live streams may be recorded and stored as replays. By participating, you consent to your interactions (chat messages, questions) being included in replays.

All content on the Platform — including logos, design, text, graphics, software, and the "Natyabazaar" name — is the property of Natyabazaar or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Vendors retain ownership of their product images and descriptions but grant Natyabazaar a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and promote that content on the Platform and in marketing materials.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Post false, misleading, or defamatory content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its infrastructure.
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access, extract data from, or interfere with the Platform without our prior written consent.
• Engage in any conduct that could harm Natyabazaar's reputation or disrupt operations for other users.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Natyabazaar and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform or the products purchased through it.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Natyabazaar, its directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

We encourage you to first contact us at hello@natyabazaar.com to resolve any dispute amicably before initiating legal proceedings.

Natyabazaar reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after the changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend checking this page periodically.
