Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Seller-Fulfilled Marketplace

Natyabazaar is a multivendor marketplace. Products are listed and fulfilled by independent artisan Vendors. Each Vendor is responsible for packaging, dispatch, and delivery of their own orders. Shipping timelines and methods may therefore vary between Vendors and product types.

2. Processing Time

Products on Natyabazaar fall into two fulfilment categories:

  • Ready-to-Ship items: in stock and dispatched within 2–4 business days of order confirmation and successful payment.
  • Made-to-Order / Custom items: handcrafted to your specifications. Processing time is specified on the individual product page and typically ranges from 7 to 30 business days. Please read the product description carefully before ordering.

Business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding national public holidays in India.

3. Shipping Timelines (after dispatch)

These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather, customs clearance, or public holidays.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is offered on orders above ₹999 (as applicable and shown at checkout for each Vendor's products).
  • For orders below the free-shipping threshold, shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and the Vendor's shipping profile. These are clearly displayed before payment.
  • For international orders, shipping charges are calculated at checkout. All applicable customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees at the destination country are the buyer's responsibility.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package on the courier's website.

You can also track your order from your account under My Orders → Track Shipment. If you have not received a tracking update within the stated processing time, please contact us at hello@natyabazaar.com.

6. Undelivered or Returned Shipments

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, absence of the recipient, or refusal of delivery, the shipment may be returned to the Vendor. In such cases:

  • We will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for the re-dispatch.
  • If re-delivery is not possible within 14 days, a refund of the product value (excluding original shipping charges) will be issued after deducting return-shipping costs borne by the Vendor.

7. Damaged or Lost in Transit

If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost in transit by the courier:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of the delivery date (for damage) or within 7 days of the expected delivery date (for non-delivery).
  • Email us at hello@natyabazaar.com with your order number, photographs of the damaged item and packaging (where applicable).
  • We will investigate with the courier and the Vendor and offer a replacement or full refund as appropriate.

8. International Orders

We currently ship to select countries. At checkout, enter your delivery country — if we don't ship there yet, you will be notified.

International buyers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees levied by the destination country. Natyabazaar has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Goods & Services Tax (GST) collected in India applies only to domestic orders.
